Yassine has eight years of work experience. Prior to joining the firm, he worked in the M&A Transaction Services department of Deloitte and 8 Advisory both in Paris, advising strategic corporate players and private equity funds in structuring and executing both buy-side and sell-side M&A deals. Yassine graduated from the EDHEC Business School and started his career in financial audit at KPMG in Paris.
