NBK Capital Partners Real Estate was launched in 2016 with an objective to generate a stable rental yield to investors from a portfolio of income-producing real estate investments in defensive sectors, structured to comply with the principles of Shari'ah, leased to blue-chip corporate tenants across the GCC region. The inaugural NBK Capital Partners Real Estate Fund I with US$ 95 million in capital commitments focuses on the acquisition of freehold or leasehold real estate assets typically without the development risk and acquired through direct acquisition or structured transactions, including but not limited to sale-leaseback or forward purchase transactions.

Our Approach
