The inaugural NBK Capital Partners Real Estate Fund I with US$ 95 million in capital commitments focuses on the acquisition of freehold or leasehold real estate assets typically without the development risk and acquired through direct acquisition or structured transactions, including but not limited to sale-leaseback or forward purchase transactions.
We consider investments in core properties with the following characteristics:

•Fully-leased or master-leased or income-producing
•Long term leases to tenants with strong credit quality
The assets are primarily sourced from owner-occupiers seeking to unlock the capital invested in their real estate assets through sale and leaseback transactions. The target core sectors include:

•Community retail
The Fund's geographical focus is the GCC, primarily Saudi Arabia, UAE and Oman.
